All carer reviews are completed in line with the ACWA step by step procedure. If you have a preferred template this can be discussed as an option. 

• 30-minute pre-review consult with agency (video call or telephone)
• Up to 2-hour meeting with carer (face to face, video call or telephone. Face to face may incur travel costs)
• Written report
• 5-minute post consult with agency if required (video call or telephone)

Price depends on the number of issues to be addressed and number of people who need to be consulted to complete a thorough review. All carer reviews are completed in line with the ACWA step by step procedure. If you have a preferred template this can be discussed as an option.

• 1 reading of documents 
• 2-hour meeting with carer (face to face, video call or telephone. Face to face may incur travel costs)
• Up to one hour follow up meeting with carer (video call or telephone)
• Written report
• 30-minute post review consult with agency if required
